The practice of Graham H Evans was established in 1971 and has since its inception traded from the same premises, strategically positioned within the heart of the picturesque coastal village of Saundersfoot.In 1982 the current Principal, Charles E L Hopkinson BSc, MRICS, IRRV, joined the practice and then acquired the same in 1991, maintaining and building upon providing a quality service to the local community which is “second to none”.We pride ourselves in the personal and professional service afforded to our varied clientele and customer base built up over the years, including many of the leading lending institutions.As a multi-disciplined practice, we offer a wide variety of expertise in property and land matters, specialising in the following areas:-
