How Much Is This House Really Going To Cost ?

These are just some of the possible defects that will be considered by our surveyors. Most houses are in good condition - others are not, but without professional knowledge it is not always easy to tell which are which. As fully qualified members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors our professional staff can give you sound advice on all kinds of property.Surveys range from a detailed look at a particular problem to a full survey and can be carried out on a property you are planning to buy, or the one you already own.Particularly popular for home buyers is the R.I.C.S. Homebuyer Survey and Valuation.

This forms a 45 point report dealing with the various parts of the structure that can be inspected by the Surveyor at the time of our visit. It can often be combined with a mortgage valuation and result in a fee saving. A leaflet detailing the scheme is available at our offices. The cost of the R.I.C.S. Homebuyer Survey and Valuation is based upon the value, size and age of the property and fees commence at £275 plus VAT. We would be pleased to provide a written fee quote upon receipt of details regarding the property.Survey fees are clearly a small proportion of the price of your property or, indeed, the cost of any necessary repairs. To discuss your survey requirements
